Scott Vlahon

Financial Advisor

As the longest-tenured advisor to work alongside founder Chris Bulman, Scott Vlahon has been a trusted partner to clients and a steady force within the firm since its early years. For more than a decade, Scott has helped shape BWG’s commitment to Relationships, Education, and Service, values that define both the firm’s mission and his personal approach to advising.

Scott prides himself on building meaningful connections and creating financial plans that go beyond the numbers. His goal is to guide clients with transparency, empathy, and long-term perspective, helping them feel confident not only in their retirement strategies but in the life choices those plans support.

Before joining Bulman Wealth Group, Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and spent seven years as a television sportscaster in Mississippi. The skills he honed in communication and storytelling continue to serve him today, as he educates and inspires clients through conversation, collaboration, and Bulman Wealth’s radio, TV, and podcast programs. His natural ability to connect with people, both one-on-one and across the airwaves, embodies BWG’s belief that education builds empowerment.

Scott’s passion for planning is deeply personal. He’s driven by a desire to create the same sense of stability and opportunity for others that he strives to provide for his own family. When he’s not meeting with clients, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their children, often at the field, court, or stage supporting their pursuits. He also enjoys producing music, an outlet that reflects his creativity, focus, and appreciation for the balance between structure and expression.
