With a strong background in the service industry, she has built her career on exceptional client care, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for connecting with people. Rebecca takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every client interaction is handled with thoughtfulness and care.

Originally from the Bay Area, Rebecca now calls Roseville home. In addition to her professional experience, she is a licensed esthetician with a passion for all things beauty-related, a reflection of her eye for detail and her love of helping others feel their best. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring local restaurants, cooking new recipes, and relaxing with a good documentary (just not the scary ones). A proud dog mom to her Havanese poodle, Kenzo, Rebecca brings warmth, humor, and genuine care to everything she does at Bulman Wealth Group.
