Kayley Halopoff joined Bulman Wealth Group in May 2019, bringing enthusiasm and a strong focus on client care. She works closely with clients to address their servicing needs while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Known for her positive energy and dedication, Kayley strives to build strong relationships that make every client feel valued, important, and like they are our top priority.
Outside of work, Kayley enjoys spending time with her friends and family or embarking on new adventures. Originally from Porterville, California, where agriculture is a central part of the community, she has a deep appreciation for her roots. One of her favorite places to visit is Morro Bay, which feels like a second home, and she has a fondness for all shades of pink.

- Kayley graduated Cum Laude from William Jessup University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a minor in Biblical Studies.
- In high school she was a part of a Business pathway which is where she found her passion for Finance. From then on it has been her dream to become a Financial Advisor.
- Kayley is a thrill seeker; anything that is crazy adventurous is right up her alley: skydiving, hot air ballooning, bungee jumping, etc.
- While attending William Jessup University, Kayley learned how to read, write, and speak in Hebrew.
- Kayley loves meeting new people! She is a huge extrovert, so any chance she gets to meet someone new, she will take the opportunity.
- Her Myers Briggs personality is Extrovert, Intuitive, Thinker, and Perceiver (EITP). Followed by her Strengthsfinder results which are; WOO (win others over), Includer, Discipled, and Futuristic.
- Country music is her jam; Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs are two of her favorite artists. Being from the Central Valley has really capitalized on her country music preferences.
- Kayley has recently developed a new passion for cooking. She has been trying out all sorts of new recipes. Her goal has been to make at least three new recipes each week.
- In 2019, Kayley took a trip of a lifetime to Israel and was baptized in the Jordan River.
