Kayley Halopoff joined Bulman Wealth Group May of 2019. Kayley’s primary focus is to work closely with our clients through servicing needs while she welcomes new clients through the onboarding process. Kayley enjoys creating an unbreakable relationship with each client so they feel value, importance, and that they are our number one priority.
Kayley can be found on a daily basis with a smile on her face, an outward expression of positive energy and excitement for another day. She has over seven years of customer service and leadership experience bringing efficiency and encouragement to the team.
In Kayley’s spare time, you can find her with her friends and family or on an adventure. She is originally from Porterville, California where agriculture is a huge area of expertise. She enjoys visiting Morro Bay, which is like a second home to her, and she loves any shade of the color pink.

- Kayley graduated Cum Laude from William Jessup University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a minor in Biblical Studies.
- In high school she was a part of a Business pathway which is where she found her passion for Finance. From then on it has been her dream to become a Financial Advisor.
- Kayley is a thrill seeker; anything that is crazy adventurous is right up her alley: skydiving, hot air ballooning, bungee jumping, etc.
- While attending William Jessup University, Kayley learned how to read, write, and speak in Hebrew.
- Kayley loves meeting new people! She is a huge extrovert, so any chance she gets to meet someone new, she will take the opportunity.
- Her Myers Briggs personality is Extrovert, Intuitive, Thinker, and Perceiver (EITP). Followed by her Strengthsfinder results which are; WOO (win others over), Includer, Discipled, and Futuristic.
- Country music is her jam; Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs are two of her favorite artists. Being from the Central Valley has really capitalized on her country music preferences.
- Kayley has recently developed a new passion for cooking. She has been trying out all sorts of new recipes. Her goal has been to make at least three new recipes each week.
- In 2019, Kayley took a trip of a lifetime to Israel and was baptized in the Jordan River.
- She is extremely tech savvy; she loves new exciting technology, especially if she is one of the first people to use it.
