As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the development and implementation of the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment between vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Elaine is deeply committed to building efficient systems, empowering teams, and fostering a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and service. Her thoughtful approach to operational leadership allows the firm to maintain both excellence in execution and an exceptional client experience.
Drawing on her background in education and organizational management, Elaine brings a unique perspective to strategic leadership, one that balances structure, innovation, and people-centered growth. She has extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams, developing scalable processes, and guiding firms through periods of growth. Her ability to connect strategy to action has made her an integral part of the firm’s continued success and evolution.
Elaine earned her graduate and post-graduate degrees in Liberal Studies and Organizational Leadership and joined Bulman Wealth Group following a successful career in school leadership. A lifelong advocate for education, Elaine maintains strong ties to her roots in school leadership through active involvement in her children’s schools and local community initiatives. Elaine loves to read and starts every morning with an extra-hot latte. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
